Holsinger CPA Introduces Karbon to Provide Clients With a More Secure and Efficient Portal Experience
We are pleased to introduce Karbon, our secure client portal designed to support communication and collaboration with our team. Through Karbon, clients will be able to send documents, track requests, sign documents, upload files, and view relevant updates in one centralized location.
Karbon may be accessed from a computer or through the Karbon for Clients mobile application, which is available for iOS and Android devices.
For clients who receive electronic invoices, invoices will begin to be delivered through Karbon in the coming weeks. While the invoice format may appear different, clients will continue to receive the same communication and support from our billing department.
No action is required at this time. Additional information will be provided as we continue to roll out the various features of the client portal to our clients. If you have any questions, please visit Karbon’s Help Center or contact Liz Fox directly.
